Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your request or create an account.
3. Who receives the data
Data may only be shared with companies that help us run the website and the business:
- OVHcloud – the server hosting this website and our e-mail (servers in the European Union),
- accounting, legal and IT service providers – only as far as necessary,
- Google – if you sign in with Google (Google then knows you use our website; we only receive your name and e-mail address),
- Google – only if you click “Show map” on the Contact page (Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies; see policies.google.com/privacy).
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
4. How long we keep data
- requests and correspondence – up to 3 years after the last contact,
- account – until you delete it (you can do this in your profile),
- unconfirmed registration – 24 hours,
- accounting documents – as long as tax law requires (5 years),
- visit statistics – up to 13 months, without identifying anyone.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).

6. Cookies and statistics
The website only uses what is strictly necessary:
- auth_session – a cookie that keeps you logged in (only after logging in, valid for 30 days).
Visit statistics are counted without cookies: we store the page visited, the referring site, device type, browser and operating system, browser language and country (derived from your IP address, which is not stored). We also count clicks on our phone number and e-mail address. Instead of your IP address we store a one-time hash that changes every day and cannot identify you.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Google map only loads after you click it.
7. Changes
We may update this policy, e.g. when the website's services change. The current version is always available on this page.
